Custodial
Services
Dormitory housekeeping is the responsibility of the residents who occupy the room. Rooms and bathrooms must be kept clean for health and safety reasons. Industrial-type vacuum cleaners and other equipment may be borrowed from the Residential Administrator's office.
Shared living areas such as the kitchens, dining halls, and recreational rooms are cleaned daily by hired custodians. However, residents are encouraged to clean up after themselves every time they use these public rooms.

Transportation
Services
Students are allowed to bring their own personal vehicles (car or motorcycle) and park them in the Institute's garage structure. Only one parking space will be allotted per resident. Car owners must take full responsibility for the upkeep of their vehicles. Xavier's employs an in-house mechanic who can provide maintenance and repair services for a minimal fee.
A limited number of school vehicles may be rented (for a fee) for personal use. Students may also opt to use taxi services or Westchester County's public transportation system.

Health
Services
The Xavier Institute Infirmary is an full-service, on-campus health facility designed specifically to meet the needs of all students, faculty, and staff. Its medical staff consists of licensed physicians and other healthcare professionals offering convenient, accessible, high-quality care. Residents may avail of appointments in Primary Care, Women’s/Men’s Health, Immunizations, Physical/Occupational Therapy, Specialty Clinics, Acupuncture, and Massage. The Infirmary has its own in-house laboratory and radiology units. A staff psychologist is also on hand to provide counseling and other mental health services.
The cost of health services are fully covered by the school's mandatory health insurance plan, which is paid for by the students during every annual enrollment. There are no co-payments.

Internet
Access
The entire school is covered by a Wi-Fi network that can be accessed free of charge. Students may bring their own desktop computers and/or laptops or use the computer workstations located in the library.
